A maritime museum that lifts off the ground like a folded sheet of paper caught by the wind.
The winning competition entry places the galleries in a single cantilevered volume, freeing the ground plane as a public promenade that connects the city to the beach.
Its white ceramic skin changes with the weather — silver in the fog, blinding at noon, rose at dusk.
