A study in repetition: sixty-four identical concrete ribs forming a shaded public room.
Commissioned for a biennial and kept by the city, the pavilion is a covered street — open at both ends, cool at noon, lantern-like at night.
Its structure is its architecture. Nothing is added; nothing can be taken away.
